Bob Sloezen
AMGA Trained Mountain Guide

Bob "Slowman" Sloezen has an extensive international climbing and mountain guiding career that spans more than twenty-five years. Bob specializes in high-altitude mountaineering and has summited Mount Everest a remarkable four times! He has also climbed many other 6000-8000 meter peaks in the high Himalayas.


In the summer, Bob frequently guides for AE. From Capitol Peak to the Maroon Bells, 'Slowman' is one AE's most requested alpine guides.


Bob is also an Aspen Highlands Ski Patroller during the winter season and was a PSIA level three ski instructor for the Aspen Highlands for many years.
