Based in Aspen, Colorado in the heart of the magnificent Rocky Mountains, Aspen Expeditions has been guiding and teaching rock, ice, ski & alpine mountaineering skills since 1976 under a USFS* permit.

Director/IFMGA guide - Dick Jackson

Aspen Expeditions is a permittee of the White River National Forest since 1976.

Dick Jackson
Aspen Expedition's Director & founder Dick Jackson is an IFMGA/ AMGA certified mountain guide, USHGA tandem paragliding pilot & adventure photographer.

Jeffrey Fassett
Jeff Fassett has held the position of Program Director for Rock and Alpine Climbing since 1994. He is an AMGA certified Rock instructor. He runs the winter program for Aspen Expedition in Tucson, Arizona.

Amos Whiting
Amos is an IFMGA/AMGA certified Mountain Guide. He is Aspen Expeditions' Guide Manager.

Bob Sloezen
Alpine & rock climbing guide Bob has summited Mt. Everest four times among many other high mountain ascents.

Heidi Kloos
An AMGA alpine certified guide Heidi guides both rock & alpine while traveling extensively among the world's mountain ranges.

Andy Crisconi
Andy is the newest member of the Aspen Expeditions Team and has spent the past 20 years operating worldwide adventure travel tours.
